Y Not Cater is a labor of love by owner Michele Marcon.  Her family has roots in the old country and many of her recipes go back generations.  It is the love of food, love of New Mexico and love of traditions that you can taste in her exquisite recipes.

We have over 30 years of experience handling events large and small.  And with the film industry growing in Albuquerque, we're even a caterer to the stars!
