I recently attended an event which you catered and I managed to obtain one of your business card.  I'm glad I did because it offers me the opportunity to contact you and tell you how thoroughly I enjoyed the spread of food you offered.  As a home chef myself, I can tell you I was, in no uncertain terms, blown away by the quality of food laid out before me.  I was most impressed with your Italian and Greek offerings in particular.

 

I've been to hundreds of events over the years that were catered, but I can not think of a single solitary one that had food of such caliber.  I have your card and if anyone ever asks if I know a decent caterer, I can answer that I can do better then that, I know a great one!
